Please check your email - and also your spam folder! - to verify that you’ve received your assignment, and any questions, comments, or concerns may be directed to the mods on tumblr, Discord, or at obkgen@gmail.com with the email address attached to your AO3 account.

While assignments are due 30 August and must adhere to the 500-word minimum or clean sketch on unlined paper, treats need not and anyone can gift as many treats as they want to during this period (16 August - 06 September). Either way, please do your best to fill your selected prompt(s) as the recipient requested, in terms of both tags and DNWs, and to not post your gifts on other sites (such as tumblr or Dreamwidth) that would de-anon you before the creator reveals date of 13 September!

Pinch-hits may be called occasionally before work reveals, and if you’d like to sign up as a pinch-hitter for specifically this exchange, please fill out this Google Form. Beta readers for this exchange may also sign up using that form, but Yuletide’s Discord server also has a year-round hippo system in place to anonymously match authors and potential beta readers.

Please keep in mind the no-default deadline (or soft deadline) for this exchange is on 16 August. This means participants may not default/withdraw from the exchange after this deadline without penalties. The final deadline is on 30 August.

Nominations have now closed, and you can sign-up here! Please be aware that requests and offers for fandoms, characters, and additional tags are from the tag set. The minimum is 3 requests and 3 offers!

• Request Options: 1-10 Fandoms, 1-10 Characters*, 1-10 Additional Tags*, 1-2 Relationships**, optional tags allowed, prompt url allowed, description allowed
• Offer Options:  1-10 Fandoms, 1-10 Characters*, 1-10 Additional Tags*,  1-2 Relationships**, description allowed

* “Allow any” is available, which is a wildcard function for matching. Please be careful if selecting this instead of specific characters/tags, as you may be matched with something you don’t like.

**The Relationship section is to select for request/offer format. "Any Relationship" allows for any medium.

Please note that it is implied that Obi-Wan is a default character in all requests, and as such does not need to be added in each request. If, however, you would like Obi-Wan as the only character in your requests and/or offers, then please use the tag “Solo Character: Obi-Wan Kenobi” in the Character Tag field and do not add other characters in that request box.

Accordingly, please also do not put prompt descriptions in your offers - this section's description field is reserved for gifter-side DNWs, as well as matching preferences. The mods will do their best to uphold these DNWs, but recipient DNWs take precedence, particularly for matching.
